Conception of Constructing Civil-Military Integrated Port Logistics

为加强我军物流基地体系建设,提高面向海上军事行动物资保障能力,探索新形势下港口物流军地深度融合,运用系统分析方法,从组织指挥、信息系统、保障力量、设施装备、法规标准5个方面探讨军民融合式建设,提出港口物流军民融合式建设构想。

In order to improve the logistics base system constructing and material support capability in maritime military activities, and explore the civil-military integration of port logistics in the new situation, the paper elaborates the civil-military integrated construction from five aspects： organization and command, information system, support force, facilities and equipment, and regulations standards, by using system analysis method. It also proposes the conception of constructing civilmilitary integrated port logistics.
