摘要
基于军用爆炸品公路运输特点分析,论证其安全风险控制因素,研究提出完善并落实军用爆炸品公路运输法规制度,探索建立军用爆炸品公路运输专业分队,加强军用爆炸品公路运输方案、预案体系建设,开展常态化训练等安全风险控制策略。
The paper demonstrates the risk control factors after analyzing the characteristics of military explosives highwaytransportation, and proposes regulations for military explosives highway transportation. It also explores and establishes pro-fessional transportation troops to improve the construction of transportation program and plan system, and adopts some riskcontrol strategies, such as normalized training.
