摘要
提出一种以XC164CM处理器为控制器的蓄电池叉车矢量控制系统设计方案,在转差频率矢量控制原理基础上,介绍控制系统硬件设计及软件设计,并装配于2 t交流蓄电池叉车进行实验。结果表明,转差频率矢量控制系统具有稳定性好、转矩变化平稳、控制精度高、动态响应快等特点,适用于蓄电池叉车控制系统的性能要求。
Firstly, the paper proposes a plan of storage battery forklift control system which takes XC164CM processer asthe controller. Then, it introduces the hardware and software design of the control system based on the slip frequency (SF)vector control theory, and experiments on 2 t alternating accumulator forklift to test this system. The result shows that theSF vector control system has good stability, high control precision, and quick dynamic response, which can adapt to theperformance requirements of storage battery forklift control system.
