为提高对军车驾驶员的管理水平,针对部队士兵中军车驾驶员数量多、教育管理难度大的特点,在分析军车驾驶员群体构成特点的基础上,总结提炼出了驾驶员群体行为的自然特征,并提出了对驾驶员群体行为进行引导的对策方法。

For improving the management level of military vehicle drivers, considering the quantity of military vehicle driv-ers and difficulty in education and management, the paper summarizes the natural features of military vehicle drivers＇ groupbehavior, and proposes some countermeasures to guide their group behavior, after analyzing the characteristics of group con-stitution.
