基于“双师结构”教学团队视阂下的教师专业化发展

摘要 在高职院校不断培养一支适应“工学结合”培养模式的“双师结构”教师团队的过程中,只有顺利解决了教师自身的发展问题,处理好教师自身发展与教学团队进步的关系,以团队发展的共同愿景为动力,团队发展为保障,团队成果为引领,促进教师系统思考,改善教师心智模式,改进团队角色的影响,达到教师和团队双赢的局面,才能更好地促进教师能力的提高和教学质量的提升。 In the process of continue to nurture an adaptation "Work Integrated Learning" training mode "Double Structure" teac development issues, deal hing with team in vocational colleges, we only smoothly solve the teacher's own relationship between teacher's own development and progress of teaching team, take a shared vision of the team development as a driving force,develop team for the protection, team achievement to lead, promote teacher impact of team roles, to better promote ab syst ility ems thinking, improve teachers mental models and the of teachers and enhance the quality of teaching ability achieving teachers and the team a win-win situation.
