摘要
研究软包锂电池铝塑膜的腐蚀条件。结果表明,发生腐蚀需同时满足三个条件:铝塑膜中铝层与负极短路;铝塑膜中铝层与电解液连通;电池电压大于0.5 V。腐蚀产物表面有氟元素,铝塑膜腐蚀主要是其中间铝层与电解液发生反应。腐蚀产物中含有单质铝,铝层与含有Li PF6的电解液反应时,表面形成一层含氟的钝化膜而阻止铝被继续腐蚀。腐蚀产物表面有层包覆物。腐蚀需在外电压大于0.5 V时,才有可能发生。
The Al-plastic film corrosion conditions of soft-packing lithium ion battery are investigated. The results show that if the corrosion take places three conditions needs to be simultaneously met, short-circuit occurred between the Al layer of the aluminum film and the anode of the cell, the Al layer of the Al-plastic film contacted with the electrolyte in the cell, the cell voltage higher than 0.5V. The F element appears on the surface of the corrosion products, the corrosion of the Al-plastic film is resulted from the reaction of the Al layer and electrolyte.
