河南豫光锌业制酸系统3+2转化工艺的改进

摘要 针对河南豫光锌业公司硫酸二分厂现有制酸系统中存在的净化效率低、转化和吸收率不高,尾气中二氧化硫排放量大的现象,通过为硫酸系统的高效洗涤器增加喷头和高位水箱,加大稀酸循环泵的流量,电除雾器使用新型的阴极电晕线等手段,改造和升级系统的净化设备,在优化换热流程的基础上,增加换热器Ⅰ的面积等诸多措施,使尾气二氧化硫排放由2 000 mg/m3,减少至500 mg/m3,这既增加系统的硫酸产量,又降低制酸尾气的后续治理成本,经济效益和社会效益显著。 In order for solving the problems of the low purification and conversion efficiency and high content of the sulfur dioxide in off-gas in the dynamic wave scrubber and wet electrostatic precipitator of purification system of the sulphuric acid factory in Yuguang Zinc Industry Co. , Ltd. , the equipment of the sulphuric acid system is improved and updated by addition a nozzle and one high water tank in the dynamic wave scrubber, increase capacity of the flow rate of dilute acid circuiting pump, and applying new type of the cathode corona wire in the wet electrostatic precipitator. The heat exchange scheme of the converter is optimized, and the area of the heat exchanger I is increased. The content of the sulfur dioxide in off-gas is reduced to 500 mg/m^3 from 2 000 mg/m^3. Not only the output of sulphuric acid is increased but also the expense of off-gas following up treatment is decreased. The economic benefits and social benefits are remarkable.
