急诊信息化系统在优化急诊抢救工作中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨急诊信息化管理系统在急诊抢救工作的应用效果。方法将2015年1月10日0时至2015年1月11日24时就诊的488例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各244例。研究组应用信息化管理系统,对照组采用常规手写申请单,比较2组在周转时间上的差别。结果研究组心电图周转时间(7.953±3.392)min短于对照组(8.715±3.901)min;研究组在血气分析周转时间(10.500±4.901)min明显短于对照组(15.168±6.343)min;研究组在CT检查周转时间(51.508±10.870)min明显短于对照组(51.508±10.870)min;研究组在超声检查周转时间(43.103±11.455)min明显短于对照组(48.086±13.015)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论应用信息化管理系统,缩短检查周转时间、急诊停留时间,提高抢救效率、患者满意度以及护理服务质量,符合临床要求。 Objective To discuss the effect of emergency information management system to enhance standardization and regulation of emergency rescue work to optimize emergency patient examination process. Methods We made a comparative study using 488 patients (including rescue region, severe area, and mild area) who received treatment in emergency depart- ment at 24:00 on the January 10,2015 to January 11 and they were devided into study group (n =244) and control group ( n = 244). Cases in the study group were performed with the new emergency hospital information system and past conven- tional handwritten application form were adopted in the control group. Difference of time was compared. Results The turn- around time of ECG, blood gas, ultrasound study and CT examination in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Application of information management system can shorten the turnaround time, emergency stay time, improve the efficiency of rescue, patient satisfaction and quality of nursing service. It comply with clinical requirements.
