高等教育大众化背景下成人教育创新发展策略研究

Research on the Innovative Development Strategy of Adult Education under the Background of Higher Education Popularization

随着我国高等教育大众化进程的加快,国内成人教育的创新发展开始受到越来越多的关注。在这种背景下,我们有必要以终身学习为理念,进一步探索新的成人教育创新发展策略,这样才能提升成人教育的质量,推动我国教育的全面发展。为此,文章试图从高等教育大众化的背景出发,对我国成人教育发展存在的问题进行深入分析,然后在此基础上探讨成人教育创新发展的新策略。文章认为,推动成人教育的多元化发展、加快网络基础设施建设、加快建设创新型教师队伍是我国成人教育创新发展的有效策略。

With the acceleration of the higher education popularization in China, the innovation and development of adult education in China are getting more and more attention. In this context, it is necessary for us to further explore the new innovation of adult education development strategy by taking the concept of lifelong learning, so as to improve the quality of adult education and to promote the comprehensive development of education in our country. Therefore, this paper tries to start from the background of the higher education popularization, conduct an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the development of adult education in China, and discuss the adult education innovation and development of new strategies. It is believed that the effective strategy of adult education innovation development is to promote the development of adult education, accelerate the construction of network infrastructure, and construct a team of innovative teachers.
