高职院校跨专业复合型人才培养平台建设——以广西职业技术学院为例

The Construction of Interdisciplinary Compound Talents Training Platform in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking the Example of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College

跨专业复合型人才培养平台是高职院校整合校内外多方资源建立满足复合型人才培养的跨学科专业教学平台、校企合作平台、实践教学平台、产学研平台等多种平台的集合体,是满足高职院校复合型人才培养的重要载体。基于此,从跨专业复合型人才培养平台建设出发,从创新学院管理、深化校企合作、打造优势特色项目等方面探讨平台的运行与维护,以期为高职院校创新复合型人才培养平台建设提供参考与借鉴。

Interdisciplinary compound talents training platform in higher vocational colleges is the integration of internal and external multi-resource establishment to satisfy the interdisciplinary teaching, which is also the school enterprise cooperation platform, teaching-researching platform, industry-university-research platform. It＇s also an important carder to meet the cultivation of compound talents in higher vocational college. From the perspectives of constructing platform for the complex professional personnel, the maintenance and operation of platform are discussed from the aspects below： innovating the college management, deepening the school enterprise cooperation, creating advantage characteristics projects and so on. It hopes to provide some references for the construction of compound talents platform in higher vocational colleges.
