基于知识管理的国外学习型组织实现模型比较研究

Comparative Research on Implementation Models of Foreign Learning Organization Based on Knowledge Management

随着全球化竞争环境的不确定性日益提高,学习型组织与知识管理成为当前企业管理的热点话题。基于此,详细介绍了国外学者基于知识管理的学习型组织实现模型的相关研究成果,包括马奎特的系统模型、菲利普斯的十要素模型以及詹姆斯的学习型组织网络模型,对三种模型的构成要素和核心内容进行了比较,并提出了未来的研究方向。

With the increasing of uncertainty of global competition, learning organization and knowledge management have become the hot topics of business management. This paper demonstrate the current achievement about the implementation model of learning organizations such as the system learning organization model by Michael J. Marquardt, the ten-pillar model by Bryan T. Phillips and the learning organization network by Constance R. James. Finally, a comparison of three models mentioned is made and a further research direction is proposed.
