抚顺石油二厂脱蜡脱油装置过滤机用润滑油调和

Blending Lubricating Oil for the Filter in Butanone-Toluene Solvent Dewaxing and Deoiling Unit of Fushun Refinery No.2

为实现节能减排,降低发动机的污染排放,利用我厂自产的HVI500SN基础油进行润滑油的调和试验。试验结果表明,通过调整10 W/30CD柴油机油与调配的过滤机油的调和比例使用,能够满足实际生产的要求。既节约了生产成本,又实现了节能减排。

To achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction, and reduce harmful emission of engines, self-produced base oil HVI500SN was used to blend the lubricating oil.The test results show that adjusting the proportion of diesel oil 10 W/30CD and blending oil of filter can satisfy the requirements of production, which not only can save the cost of production, but also can achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction.
