针药结合治疗帕金森病便秘39例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combination of Acupuncture with Medicine on Constipation of Parkinson's Disease

目的:观察针药结合治疗帕金森病便秘的临床疗效。方法:选择符合帕金森病便秘的患者78例分为两组。观察组(39例)给予针灸及中药结合治疗,对照组(39例)给予莫沙必利片治疗,疗程为2周。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:临床有效率观察组94.87%,对照组46.15%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗帕金森病便秘疗效显著,且无毒副作用,值得临床应用。

Objective Observation of the clinical curative effects of combination of acupuncture with medicine in treating constipa- tion of Parkinson＇s Disease. Methods 78 cases with constipation of PD were chosen and were randomly divided into the observation group （39 cases） treated with acupuncture -medicine therapy, and the control group （39 cases） orally given mosapride, three times a day while both last 2 weeks. Then the therapeutic effects and side effects in the 2 groups were observed. Results The observation group showed 94. 87% of effective rate and the control group showed 46. 15% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture - medicine ther- apy on constipation of PD has excellent therapeutic effects without any side effects.
