妇科恶性肿瘤的动脉化疗已经在很多医疗机构广泛应用,但是与传统静脉化疗相比,动脉灌注化疗各个方面还相当不完善,其具体治疗流程尚无严格统一的标准。文章对妇科恶性肿瘤的动脉化疗过程中可能会面临的一些问题进行探讨。

Arterial chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumor has been widely used in many hospitals in our country. But compared with the traditional intravenous chemotherapy, arterial infusion chemotherapy is still quite immature. At present, no guideline on the arterial chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumor has been put forward. This paper reveals some problems of the arterial chemotherapy for the gynecologic malignant tumor.
