A Study on the Transitional Development Mode of Local Universities

地方本科高校转型发展模式是一种具有建设性和前瞻性、指导性和参考性的转型发展方式方法体系,可分为目标、战略、路径三个层次。地方本科高校转型发展的目标为应用型本科高校,有整体转型、以应用型为导向的部分转型和以学术-应用混合型为导向的部分转型三种战略,转型发展可走组织创新创业之路,包括"理念引领、制度保障、文化驱动"三个步骤。学校校情不同,转型战略不同,转型发展模式在运行时也会有不同的侧重和行动策略。

The transitional development mode of local universities is a constructive and forward-looking system. It guides the transformational process of local universities, and can be divided into three levels： objectives, strategies and approaches. The purpose for local universities＇ transition is to be applied universities. There are three types for such a transformation strategy： integral transition, applied universities-oriented transition and academic-applied-mixed universities-oriented transition. The transformational process is full of organizational innovation and three stages are included： ideas-guiding, system-guarantee and culture-driving. Different school situations decide different strategies and actions to taken in their transformational process.
