摘要
建立科学的制度体系,是依法治教、依法治校的时代要求。然而,实证研究表明,高职院校的制度及其建构存在着诸多问题。解决这些问题,需要人们理清制度层次、把握制度要素、规范制度程序、培育制度意识。
In order to meet the contemporary requirement of ＂lawful implementation of educational administration and college management＂, a robust and scientific institutional system for higher vocational colleges shall be established. However, evidence shows that there still exist a great number of problems in higher vocational colleges in terms of their institutional setup and structures. To solve these problems, we must build an institutional system with clear levels, get a better understanding of the essential institutional elements, further standardize institutional procedures and raise the related awareness.
