肾癌不同组织亚型的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis on Renal Cell Carcinoma of Different Subtypes Organizations

目的:探讨分析不同肾癌亚型的CT表现,以期提高对肾癌不同亚型的诊断,为临床诊治提供依据。方法:回顾性分析56例经临床确诊的肾癌患者的腹部CT平扫及增强影像学检查资料,并对不同亚型肾癌病灶大小、强化方式及强化程度进行统计学分析。结果:透明细胞癌30例,嫌色细胞癌13例,乳头状细胞癌9例;透明细胞癌的病灶大小、皮质期强化程度及强化方式与嫌色细胞癌及乳头状细胞癌间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);嫌色细胞癌与乳头状细胞癌中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾癌病变的强化程度与方式对不同肾癌亚型的鉴别具有重要价值意义,同时结合病变大小、周围侵犯情况、钙化等,更有利于肾癌亚型的诊断。

Objective： To discuss the different CT features of subtypes of renal cell carcinoma in order to improve the diagnosis of different renal cancer subtypes, providing the important references basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： The abdominal CT scan and enhanced imaging examination data for the 56 patients with renal cancer clinically diagnosed were retrospectively analyzed, and the different subtypes of renal cancer lesion size, reinforcement mode and strengthening degree were statistically analyzed. Results： There were 30 cases of clear cell carcinoma （CCE）, 13 cases of chromophobe cell tumor and 9 cases of papillary carcinoma. There was the statistically significant differences among the re- nal cancer lesion size, cortex reinforcement mode and strengthening degree and chromophobe cell carcinoma and papillary carcinoma （P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was no statistically significant difference between chromophobe cell carcinoma and papillary carcinoma （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Kidney pathological changes of intensive degree and mode show the important value to identify the different subtypes of renal cell carcinoma, and more advantageous aspect to the diagnosis subtype of renal cell carcinoma, combined with the lesion size, invasion situation, calcification and so on.
