摘要
以MRS琼脂培养基和液体摇瓶培养基为载体,通过目测菌液浑浊度及生长状态,对伤寒杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌以及痢疾杆菌与嗜酸乳杆菌混合培养时菌液OD600值和培养初始及终点时的p H值进行了研究.结果表明,在p H为6.0,嗜酸乳杆菌接种量为1.0%时,伤寒杆菌生长良好;当环境条件超出这一范围时,伤寒杆菌生长受到抑制.在p H为6.5,嗜酸乳杆菌接种量为1.0%时,痢疾杆菌生长良好;当环境条件超出这一范围时,痢疾杆菌生长受到抑制.
This experiment is designed to analyze the effects of pH and different inoculums of lactobacillus acidophilus on the growth of salmonella enterica and shigella Castellani from MRS culture and liquid culture. The OD600, pH and vaccine opacity of the culture at terminal were measured. The results showed that the shigella castellani grow well at pH 6.0 and 1.0 % inoculums of lactobacillus acidophilus, and its growth is inhibited be- yond the pH 6.0 and 1.0 % inoculums of lactobacillus acidophilus. For the lactobacillus acidophilus, its growth is well at pH 6.5 and 1.0 % inoculums of lactobacillus acidophilus, however, its growth is inhibited beyond the pH 6.5 and 1.0 % inoculums of lactobacillus acidophilus.
