摘要
针对山西省各地区工业发展对绿色经济目标影响的现状,进行了基于弹性脱钩方法的绿色经济评价,运用聚类分析法验证了脱钩弹性结果,分析了评价结果的影响因素,探讨了各地经济绿色增长的路径,找出了脱钩弹性评价结果中经济"不合群"的地区,并提出了针对性的建议.
In view of the situation of the effect for industrial regions in the development of green economy in Shanxi province, the green economic evaluation is carried out based on the elastic decoupling method and the decoupling elasticity results are verified based on the method of clustering analysis. The influence factors for the evaluation results are analyzed and the paths around the green economic growth are discussed and the asocial economic area in the decoupling elasticity evaluation is found out. And then the pertinence suggestions are put forward.
