摘要
台湾地区社区教育发展经历了社区建设、社区总体营造和学习型社区创建三个阶段。不同阶段之间的转换和发展离不开多方力量的推动,包括政府、学术研究单位与实务办理单位等,其中五种主要推动力量分别是中小学校、社区大学、社会教育机构、非营利组织和社区发展协会。展望未来,台湾地区社区教育存在着职能化、人文化与专业化三大认识取向;在发展目标与重点上,结合创意社会的理念,围绕传统节庆更新、社区观光旅游以及社区休闲学习等主题展开一系列研究和实践。
The history of community education in Taiwan includes three phases,i.e.community es-tablishment,community system construction and learning community creation.The dynamic of the shifting and development from one phase to another is very complex.Government,academic institutes, and practical organizations have made great contribution to the development.The main five practical or-ganizations include primary and high schools,community colleges,social education institutions,non-profit organizations and community development associations.In the perspective of development of com-munity education in Taiwan,there are three approaches of community education development,including functionalization,humanism and professionalization.Based on the idea of creative society,community education in Taiwan develops many issues in current years,for example,updating traditional festivals, community sightseeing and tour,and community leisure learning.
