摘要
成人教育管理者培训有利于提高成人教育管理者的专业化水平,但是培训的实施需要一定的保障机制,以保障培训能够圆满进行。物质保障机制、精神保障机制以及制度保障机制是成人教育管理者培训的重要保障机制,通过对培训经费、培训设备资源、培训人力资源、培训机构、文化氛围、培训质量评估等方面的保障,可以促进成人教育管理者培训的顺利开展,使成人教育管理者的专业化水平不断提升。
Adult education managers training is beneficial to improve the management of adult education,but the implementation of the training needs a certain protection mechanism,to ensure the training to be successful.Material safeguard mechanism,spiritual support mechanism and system security mechanism are important guarantee mechanism of adult education management training. Through the support of training funds, training equipment, training human resources, training institutions,cultural atmosphere,training quality evaluation and so on,can promote the development of adult education management training,and make the professional level of adult education managers continue to improve.
