女性中等职业教育模块化课程模式研究

摘要 女性中等职业教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,积极寻求基于女性发展特点、不断提高女性职业技能的中等职业教育日益受到关注。作为课程开发过程中针对以往长周期课程繁琐、重复出现的一种课程分解模式,模块化课程模式的模块化课程设置原则、结构和具体的课程设置,对解决女性中职教育出现的问题有重要启示,可以使女性在借助政府部门及相关政策帮助的同时,不断提升职业技能,在日趋激烈的市场经济大潮中实现自己的人生价值。 Women’s secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education in our country.Secondary vocational education which actively seeking the characteristics of women’s de-velopment and constantly improving women’s professional skills,has also been concerned.Modular curriculum as a mode of course decomposition,which appeared in the past long period process of curriculum development course and tedious and repetitive phenomenon,its modular curriculum principles,structure and specific courses has an important enlightenments to solve the problems about women’s secondary vocational education.With the help of government departments and relevant policy, modular curriculum can improve women’s vocational skills at the same time.With drastic competition in the market economy day by day,women can realize their value of life in the end.
