摘要
当今世界科学技术及社会经济的快速发展对各类卓越人才和卓越教师的培养提出了新要求。结合培养卓越教师的时代要求,明确面向卓越教师培养的教学团队特征,才能在教学团队的建设理念、教师共同体、教育教学方式、教育教学资源系统和知识创造能力等方面提出相应的建设策略,进而构建教学团队发展的相关措施。
With the rapid development of world science and technology,social economy puts forward new requirements for the excellent talents and outstanding teachers.Only by combining the requirements of the outstanding teacher training,and clearing the characteristics of teaching team based on the outstanding teacher training,we can construct the corresponding strategies of teaching team construction in the teaching team concept,teacher community,teaching methods,education resources,knowledge creation capability,and construct the relevant measures of the development of teaching team.
