重视学生干部领导力培养,发挥朋辈引航作用是新时期高校改进大学生思想政治教育的重要途径。非权力性影响力是朋辈教育作用发挥与学生干部领导力培养的内在主题。针对当前高校学生干部在意识、能力与行动三方面存在的困境,应以朋辈教育思想为启示,构建思想领先、能力领先、行动领先的立体化"三先"领导力培养策略,树立学生干部榜样威信,发挥标杆作用,增强高校思想政治教育实效性。

Taking student cadre leadership development seriously,making peer pilot role well is the important way to strengthen and improve ideological and political education for colleges and universities in the new period.Non-power influence is the internally consistent theme for both peer education role play and student cadre leadership development.In view of college student cadres＇ present confusion and misunderstanding on consciousness,ability and action,drawing inspiration from peer education,building a three-first three-dimensional leadership development strategy,which includes elements about thinking ahead,ability ahead,and action ahead.Based on this,it can help student cadres set the example authority,make model well,so as to strengthen ideological and political education effectiveness.
