摘要
微信移动电子商务是以即时通讯工具为依托的现代移动电子商务模式。微商是将社交网络工具引入电子商务中,利用微信的独特的熟人网络、兴趣网络优势进行商品和服务的营销,促进交易完成。通过对微信移动电子商务价值链的分析,讨论微商价值链主体在价值创造过程中的角色和作用,价值链特点,并分析了消费者体验和价值链过程中信息闭环两大价值增值点。
We-chat mobile c-commerce is a kind of modern mobile e-commerce model based on instant messaging tools. It introduces social networking tools into e-commerce, and makes use of the unique network of acquaintances and interest network to do the marketing of goods and services, to promote the completion of the transaction. Through the analysis of value chain of We-chat mobile e-commerce, the role and effect of the subject of value chain in the value creation process and the characteristics of the value chain are discussed, then the two value-added points: the consumer experience and information closed loop in value chain process are analyzed.
