安徽省农业劳动力性别结构变动及其影响分析

The Change and Effects of Gender Structure of Agricultural Labor in Anhui Province

在城镇化进程中,随着大规模的农村劳动力非农转移,农业劳动力性别结构发生变化,农业女性化现象日趋显著。文章以安徽省为例分析了农业女性化的现状,认为传统习俗、家庭利益权衡以及社会发展的制度障碍等是其形成的主要因素,进而从农村妇女、农业生产和农村社会发展三个角度分析了农业女性化的社会影响,并针对其产生的不利影响提出建议。

In the rapid development of urbanization in Anhui province, with the surplus labor transfer in rural areas, the agricultural feminization becomes growingly prominent. The following are the three factors contributing to this phenomenon ： the restraints of the tradition, the rational choice in country families and the system obstacles in the society. The paper then analyzes its social effects from the perspectives of the stay-at-home women, production of agriculture and social development of the country. Two suggestions are offered to solve the problem ： enhancing the comprehensive qualities of women so as to build a good agricultural development en- vironment, and strengthening the rural construction in order to realize the balanced development of urban and rural areas.
