遮荫及林下栽培对黄连生长发育的影响

Effects of Shading and Undergrowth Cultivation on Growth and Development of Coptis chinensis Franch

本试验以黄连为试验材料,采用林下遮荫与遮荫网遮荫不同遮荫栽培方式,探讨遮荫对黄连生长发育的影响。结果表明,两种遮荫方式对黄连根冠比、可溶性糖、叶绿素、丙二醛及根茎中小檗碱含量影响差异不显著,且不同遮荫栽培的黄连中小檗碱含量均达到药典含量标准。

An experiment was conducted to study effects of shading cultivation on growth and development of Coptis chinensis Franch by net shading and undergrowth cultivation of two ways. Results showed that there was not significant difference in root to shoot ratio, soluble physiological indices of sugar, chlorophyll, malondialdehyde and content berberine in the rhizome was not significant in different shading ways. The main ingredient berberine contents of Coptis chinensis that planted in different shading cultivation met the pharmacopoeia requirements.
