党的十七届六中全会提出建设社会主义文化强国战略,这是中华民族文化自觉与自信的表现,是中华文化走向世界的需要。农村文化是中国文化强国建设的基石,具有凝聚民众力量,提高农民科学文化和思想道德素质,促进农村经济社会和谐发展的作用,农村文化的强大是中国真正实现文化强国的标志。

The strategy of building the socialist cultural ＆ powerful country was put forward in the Party＇s Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee, which is the conscious and confident manifestation of the Chinese nation culture and the requirement for the Chinese nation culture to move towards the world. The rural culture is the foundation stone of the construction of the cultural ＆ powerful nation of China, which possesses the cohesive force of the mass of people, raises the scientific ＆ cultural level and the quality of ideas and morality of the peasants, and promotes the development of the rural economic society harmoniously. That the rural culture becomes powerful is the sign for China really to build the nation into a country with the powerful culture.
