高校实践育人的重要战略地位决定实践育人工作的重要性。辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是学生社会实践活动主要的组织者、实施者和指导者。在履行实践育人使命时高校辅导员应坚持几个基本原则,引导大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,健康地成长发展。

The important strategic position of education through practice in colleges and universities determines the significance of the related work. University counselors are a major force in carrying out ideological and political education of students. Their roles in education through practice should not be ignored, as organizers, administrators and instructors in students＇ social practice, etc. Some basic principles should be followed in fulfilling their missions to nurture and practice socialist core value so as to help them grow and develop fully and healthily.
