摘要
高精度加工是数控技术发展永恒不变的主题之一,文中深入研究了数控加工过程中进给速度的加减速控制,升速和降速过程,通过对不同加减速控制的比较,证明S型速度控制曲线的控制效果最佳,并通过实验证明,该速度控制方法是可行的。
In CNC machining process, the feed stability of the motor about the drive system can directly affect the precision of the machine. The traditional methods about the speed control of the motor is compared and researched, the conclusion of it is obtained that the speed of the motor is more smoothly by S type curve controlling about the acceleration and deceleration and the attacking is smaller by the method. The structure of the S type curve is given in the paper, and the parameters of the acceleration and reaeceleration are given. The method of the program about the S type curve controlling is given to make the speed control to be realized.
