高校德育是一项长期的系统工程,时间上要保持连续性,空间上要保持一致性,需要长远而系统的总体战略设计。高校应围绕"培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人"的根本任务,坚持"育人为本,德育为先"的理念,从加强队伍建设、完善工作体制、突出特色教育、拓展社会资源等方面着力构建"全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人"的良好工作格局。
