sol-gel法与共沉淀法制备正极材料前驱体的研究

摘要 各种移动便携设备的广泛应用,使绿色环保可循环使用的二次电池成为研究热点和人们追捧的时尚,其中正极材料对提高电池的性能,具有绝对优势。正极材料的合成方法很多,本着简单、易行、制备材料优良的原则,本文作者采用溶胶-凝胶法和共沉淀法合成Li Ni1/2Mn1/2O2前驱体,比较两种方法的优劣,并对两种方法合成的前驱体材料进行了表征,并对产物的结构和电化学性能进行了研究。 The wide variety of applications for mobile portable devices that green secondary batteries reusable become a hot topic and people sought after fashion, wherein the positive electrode material to improve battery performance, has the absolute advantage. Many synthesis of cathode materials, in a simple, easy, good material preparation principles, the author used sol - gel method and co-precipitation method to admix LiNi1/2Mn1/2O2 precursor, to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, and two methods for the synthesis of the precursor materials were characterized, and the structure and electrochemical properties of the product were studied.
