强化实践教学是促进地方高校转型发展,提升高等教育教学质量,增强大学生就业能力的重要措施。当前地方高校实践教学环节的脆弱性直接影响了高校教学质量和大学生就业能力的提升。行政管理专业实践教学的优化需要进一步完善实践教学体系,创新实践教学模式,不断提升实践教学教师的实践能力,强化实践教学对象的主体性,完善实践教学绩效评价体系,建立多元化的实践教学评价机制。

Practice teaching is an important measure to improve the quality of teaching in higher education and strengthen the college students＇ employment ability. But the vulnerability of the practice teaching directly affects the teaching quality and the students＇ employment ability. The paper analysis the problems and discuss the countermeasure to promote the public management specialty practice teaching.
