摘要 民办高校在市场营销专业人才的培养上有其独特性,"培养中层营销管理类人才"是其主导目标。实践教学是培养学生专业技能与职业能力的重要环节,在整个实践教学内容体系的设计中,应本着以学生为中心,以培养创新精神为灵魂,以培养实践能力为根本,增加学校与企业互动的课程。整个实践教学体系应包含三个方面:专业课程教学实训、校内基础实训和综合社会实践,重点强调实践时间安排的科学化与全程化、实践内容的应用性、实践方式的丰富化。 In the cuhure of marketing professionals of private universities is unique, "training marketing management professionals of middle class" is the dominant target. Practice teaching is the important links to cultivate students ,professional skills and professional competence. In the design of the entire system of practice teaching content, should be based on student-centered, to cultivate the spirit of innovation as the soul, to develop practical ability as a fundamental, increase the interaction between schools and business courses. The entire practice teaching system should include three areas: professional courses teaching training, school-based training and comprehensive social practice, and should be an emphasis on practice schedules and the entire process of scientific, practical content of the application, practical way of enrichment.
