英国中小学督导制度的新进展及启示 被引量:6

摘要 自1994年起,英国教育标准局为满足实践的需要以及学校改革和发展的变化,不断对《学校督导框架》进行修订。2012年新修订的《学校督导框架》中新增了设置风险评估、规范各方参与细节、制定督学行为准则以及提高后续督导质量等内容。文章在分析与对比英国《学校督导框架》数次修订内容和修订特征的基础上,概括出英国中小学督导制度的新进展,为中国正在进行的学校督导评估改革提供借鉴。
