摘要
目的观察八段锦对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的改善作用。方法将108例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为3组,八段锦组45例应用八段锦治疗,一般有氧运动组45例应用一般有氧运动治疗,对照组18例未应用任何锻炼。坚持治疗100 d,观察3组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及神经传导速度变化,比较3组疗效。结果八段锦组、一般有氧运动组治疗后FPG、HbA1c均较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后下降(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。八段锦组、一般有氧运动组治疗后神经传导速度均较对照组治疗后增加(P<0.05);八段锦组治疗后神经传导速度均较较一般有氧运动组治疗后增加(P<0.05)。八段锦组、一般有氧运动组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),八段锦组总有效率高于一般有氧运动组(P<0.05)。结论八段锦和一般有氧运动治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变均具有一定作用,但八段锦临床疗效优于一般有氧运动。
Objective To observe the effect of Baduanjin exercise on the improvement of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 108 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into three groups. 45 cases in Baduanjin exercise group were treated by Baduanjin exercise. 45 patients in aerobic exercise group were treated by general aerobic exercise. 18 cases in control group did not receive any exercise. The course was 100 days in three groups. The changes of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobinA~ c (HbA1 c) and nerve conduction velocity(NCV) before and after treatment were observed. Results The FPG and HbAl c after treat- ment in Baduanjin exercise group and aerobic exercise group were decreased as compared with those in before treat- ment( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between two groups( P 〉 0.05 ). The FPG and HbA1 c after treat- ment in Baduanjin exercise group and aerobic exercise group were decreased as compared with those in control group (P 〈0.05 ). The NCV after treatment in Baduanjin exercise group and aerobic exercise group were increased as compared with those in control group(P 〈 0.05). The NCV after treatment in Baduanjin exercise group was increased as compared with that in aerobic exercise group (P 〈 0.05 ). The total effective rate in Baduanjin exercise group and aerobic exercise group was higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Baduanjin exercise and general aerobic exercise has certain effect on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy, the effect of Baduanjin exercise was superior to that of general aerobic exercise.
