复脉膏外敷的安全性及对兔耳缘化疗性静脉炎的影响

Effects and safety of external application of Fumai paste on chemotherapeutic ears phlebitis in rabbits

目的验证复脉膏经皮肤给药的安全性;观察复脉膏外敷对兔耳缘化疗性静脉炎的影响。方法将30只豚鼠按体质量、性别分为3组,即复脉膏组、基质组及对照组,每组各10只,雌雄各半,进行皮肤过敏性实验;取白色家兔8只,进行皮肤刺激性实验。白色家兔45只,随机分为复脉膏组、硫酸镁组、对照组,每组各15只,均予右耳缘静脉注射长春瑞滨注射液后,复脉膏组、硫酸镁组分别予复脉膏、50%硫酸镁在右耳缘穿刺点上方约0.5 cm处沿耳缘静脉外敷,4 h后去除,清水洗净;对照组不采用任何防治措施。清除药物后24 h、7 d、14 d从每组中随机各取5只家兔,切取耳缘静脉标本,观察耳静脉血管损伤情况。结果复脉膏及其基质经皮肤给药后均不会产生过敏反应,对完整皮肤及破损皮肤均未致红斑、水肿等。观察24 h、7 d及14 d,复脉膏组及硫酸镁组兔耳缘静脉损伤较对照组同期减轻,复脉膏组较硫酸镁组减轻,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复脉膏外敷可以安全有效的防治兔耳缘化疗性静脉炎,可应用于临床。

Objective To verify the safety of external application of Fumai paste, and to observe the effect of external application of Fumai paste on chemotherapeutic ears phlebitis in rabbits. Methods 30 guinea pigs were divided into Fumai paste group, magnesium sulfate group and control group according to their body mass and gender, 10 guinea pigs in each group with half males and half females, and the skin allergic test were conducted. Eight white rabbit were received skin irritation test. 45 white rabbits were randomly divided into Fumai paste group, magnesium sulfate group and control group, 15 rabbits in each group. All rabbits received vinorelbine injection by the right - ear intravenous injection. Rabbits in Fumai paste group and magnesium sulfate group were received Fumai paste and 50% magnesium sulfate respectively with O. 5 cm above puncture point external application for 4 hours, and wash with water. Rabbits in control group received nothing control measures. 24 h, 7 d and 14 d after drug elimination, 5 ear vein samples were taken in each group respectively, and the rabbit ears vein damage situation was observed. Re- sults Fumai Paste and base material could not produce allergic response. Fumai paste and base material could not produce erythema or edema on intact skin or damaged skin. The injury of ear vein in magnesium sulfate and Fumai paste group at 24 h, 7 d and 14 d were lighter than those in control group at the same period, and the injury in Fumai paste was lighter than that in magnesium sulfate group, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion External application of Fumai paste can prevent and cure chemotherapeutic ears phlebitis in rabbits, safe and effective for clinical application.
