刃针联合中医正骨治疗寰枢关节半脱位50例临床观察

Observation of blade needle combined with traditional Chinese bone- setting on the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation

目的观察刃针联合中医正骨治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效。方法将100例寰枢关节半脱位患者随机分为2组。对照组50例予传统推拿治疗,治疗组50例予刃针联合中医正骨治疗,2组均10次为1个疗程,疗程间隔3 d,治疗2个疗程。比较2组疗效,观察2组治疗前后Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分及Mc Gill疼痛问卷量表(简化MPQ)评分变化情况。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后NPQ评分、简化MPQ评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刃针联合中医正骨治疗寰枢椎半脱位可显著改善患者症状,疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of blade needle combined with traditional Chinese bone - setting on the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation. Methods 100 patients with atlantoaxial subluxation were randomly into two groups. 50 patients in control group were treated by traditional massage therapy. 50 patients in treatment group were treated by blade needle combined with traditional Chinese bone - setting. The course was 10 times in two groups, the course interval was 3 d. The curative effect before and after treatment was compared between two groups after two courses. The Northwick Park neck pain scale （ NPQ ） and simplified McGill score chart for paining （MPQ） before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results There was significant difference between two groups on total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control gorup. The scores of NPQ and MPQ after treatment were decreased in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the decrease in treatment group was more obvious as compared with that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ther- apy of blade needle and traditional Chinese bone - setting on the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, has satisfactory effects.
