火车站附近小型旅馆群整治改造设计初探——以合肥火车站新鸿安商城为例

Preliminary Study on Renovation of Small Hotels near Railway Stations——Taking the New Hongan Mall near Hefei Railway Station as an Example

针对我国众多城市火车站附近小型旅馆群聚集经营的现象,分析并总结了其普遍存在外观杂乱、环境肮脏、客房不舒适等问题.又以合肥火车站对面新鸿安商城内部小旅馆为例,针对发现的普遍性问题提出整治与改造策略,即对小型旅馆群进行资源整合统一设计,同时强调旅馆客房的个性化、多样化设计.

For the phenomenon that small hotels gather near the railway stations in many cities of China, the common problems such as disorder appearance, dirty environment and uncomfortable guest rooms are analysed in the paper. This paper focuses on the small hotels in the New Hongan Mall that located opposite the Hefei railway station. According to the widespread problems found by analysis, the renovation opinions, including resources consolidation and unified design of small hotels, as well as personalized and diversified design of the guest rooms are put forward in the paper.
