摘要
就地铁某转向架齿轮箱吊座的强度、刚度和疲劳寿命的相关问题,通过模拟与研究齿轮箱吊座受力情况,利用ANSYS workbench对吊座进行强度分析与疲劳寿命估计.通过对两种极限工况下的吊座进行有限元仿真模拟,经过强度分析,得到吊座的变形与应力云图,结果表明吊座满足刚度与强度要求.最后针对地铁齿轮箱吊座交变循环载荷条件,利用应力测试数据,对吊座的寿命进行预测,可为地铁齿轮箱吊座的预计维修与故障预测提供一定依据.
Through simulating and researching the force condition of gear box bracket, the strength analysis and fatigue life estimation for bracket are carried out by using ANSYS workbench, aiming at the related problems of strength, rigidity and fatigue life for subway gear box bracket. Through FEM simulation and strength analysis of bracket in two kinds of limited conditions, the deformation and stress nephograms of bracket can be obtained, which prove that the bracket satisfied the requirements of stiffness and strength. Finally, for alternating cycle load of the subway gear box bracket, the life of bracket can be estimated by making use of stress testing data in the paper, and it can privide a certain basis for preestimate maintenance and failure prediction.
