探讨无可吻合静脉的指端断指再植成活的静脉回流问题

To Explore the Problem of Anastomotic Veins With Severd Figer Reunion Survival of the Vein Reflux

目的：对无可吻合静脉的指端断指再植成活的静脉回流重建问题进行分析。方法选择2006年1月～2015年1月前来我院进行治疗的98例无可吻合静脉的指端断指患者作为研究对象，采用吻合指动脉及扩髓、放血法对患者进行治疗，观察患者再植指体的成活率。结果有89例再植指体成活，成活率显示为90.8%。结论术中扩髓及术后放血疗法，并给予患者有效地护理，可以较好的解决静脉回流障碍问题，提高指端再植指体的成活率。

Objective To explore the problem of anastomotic veins with severd figer reunion survival of the vein reflux.MethodsSelected 98 cases of no anastomotic vein refers to finger end patients from January 2006 to January 2015 in our hospital as the research object, the anastomosis of ifnger artery and reaming, bloodletting method on patients with treatment, the survival rate of ifnger replantation were observed.Results 89 cases were survived, the survival rate was 90.8%.ConclusionIntraoperative reamed and postoperative bleeding therapy, and patients were given and effective nursing can solve the venous relfux disorder problem, improve a survival rate of ifnger replantation of end.
