乳腺癌保留乳腺手术后发生肿瘤复发及转移的相关性因素分析

Analysis the Correlation Factors of Cancer Tumor Recurrence and Metastasis After Reserved Breast Cancer Surgery

目的：探讨乳腺癌保留乳腺手术后发生肿瘤复发及转移的相关性因素。方法回顾性分析2014年6月～2015年6月在我院接受治疗的58例乳腺保留乳腺手术后出现肿瘤复发和转移患者的临床病例资料，并总结其原因。结果引起患者肿瘤疾病复发的原因包括治疗因素和肿瘤因素，治疗因素包括手术操作失误8例、切除范围较小15例、术后未接受化疗10例，肿瘤因素包括肿瘤残留14例、肿瘤扩张8例、新生肿瘤3例。结论根据肿瘤患者具体病情给予合适手术治疗可有效降低肿瘤疾病的复发以及控制肿瘤细胞的转移，术后进一步进行化疗和放疗可有效减少疾病的复发和转移。

Objective To investigate the correlation factors of tumor recurrence and metastasis after breast cancer operation.Methods Analyzed 58 cases with metastatic breast surgery after reservation of breast cancer recurrence and clinical data from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, and summarized the reasons.ResultsThe causes of disease recurrence in patients with cancer include surgical factors and tumor factors, surgical factors include surgical operation errors 8 cases, 15 cases of resection lesser extent, didn’t accept the 10 cases of postoperative chemotherapy, tumor factors include residual tumor in 14 cases, tumor expansion 8 cases, 3 cases of neonatal tumors.Conclusion According to the specific condition of cancer patients given appropriate surgical treatment can effectively reduce the recurrence of neoplastic disease and to control the transfer of tumor cells after chemotherapy and radiation therapy may further reduce the recurrence and metastasis of the disease.
