白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合巩膜隧道内小梁切除术治疗合并白内障的急性闭角型青光眼疗效观察

Observation Curative Effect of Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation Surgery Combine With Scleral Tunnel Trabeculectomy for Cataract Patients With Acute Angleclosure Glaucoma Clinical Effect

目的探讨超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合巩膜隧道内小梁切除术治疗白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼临床应用效果。方法 90例白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼患者均接受外科超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合巩膜隧道内小梁切除术治疗,记录其治疗前后眼压、视力、前房深度变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果眼压、前房深度均较之前降低,而视力则较之前提高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对白内障合并急性闭角型青光眼患者给予同期超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合巩膜隧道内小梁切除术治疗可提高其疗效及预后,有利于保障患者生活质量。

Objective Observation curative effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation surgery combine with scleral tunnel trabeculectomy for cataract patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma clinical effect.Methods Selected 90 cases of cataract patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma patients underwent surgical phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy scleral tunnel, recorded before and after the treatment IOP, visual acuity, anterior chamber depth changes and incidence of adverse reactions. Results IOP, anterior chamber depth were lower than those before, the vision was improved compared to the previous comparative,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion For cataract patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma patients given year phacoemulsiifcation and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy scleral tunnel treatment can significantly improve the efficacy and prognosis, help protect the quality of life of patients.
