摘要
目的比较不同的治疗方案治疗妇产科宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法选取某院收治的210例宫颈糜烂患者作为研究对象,分为A、B、C 3组。A组采用药物进行治疗,B组采用LEEP刀进行治疗,C组采用微波进行治疗。结果 3组治疗疗效比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用LEEP刀进行宫颈糜烂治疗效果最好,微波治疗次之,对于轻微患者可以采用药物治疗。
Objective To compare the different treatment treatment of obstetrics and gynecology clinical effect of cervical erosion.Methods Selected 210 cases of cervical erosion patients in a hospital as the research object, were divided into A, B, C groups. Used drugs for treatment of group A and group B with LEEP knife treatment, group C treated by microwave. Results Compared their curative effect comparison,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.ConclusionThe LEEP knife treatment for cervical erosion effect is best, microwave treatment times, for mild patients can use drug therapy.
