不同剂量甲泼尼龙治疗重症手足口病效果分析

Analysis Effect of Different Doses Armor Prednisolone in Treatment of Severe Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探究不同剂量甲泼尼龙治疗重症手足口病的疗效。方法选取90例重症手足口病患儿的临床资料,据不同的剂量将其分为大、小剂量两组,每组45例。两组患儿在丙种球蛋白治疗的基础上,进行不同剂量的甲泼尼龙静脉滴注。结果短时间内大剂量甲泼尼龙滴注治疗重症手足口病的临床效果优于小剂量组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论短时间内大剂量的甲泼尼龙对重症手足口病的治疗效果显著,不良反应的发生率与小剂量的甲泼尼龙治疗没有差异。

Objective To evaluate the different doses of methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease.Methods Selectd 90 cases clinical data of severe hand foot mouth disease, and the patients were divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group. Two groups based on gamma globulin treatment, intravenous injection of different doses of methylprednisolone.Results Within a short period of time, large dose of methylprednisolone infusion group was superior to the low-dose group in clinical manifestation,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Short time of large dose methylprednisolone on severe hand, foot and mouth disease treatment effect is more effective, the adverse reaction rate comparing with small dose of methylprednisolone treatment group appears no signiifcant difference.
