缬沙坦与阿托伐他汀联合治疗永久性房颤的临床效果观察

Observation Clinical Effect of Valsartan Combine With Atorvastatin in Treatment of Permanent Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨缬沙坦与阿托伐他汀联合治疗永久性房颤的效果。方法将86例永久性房颤患者分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗。结果观察组治疗后hs-CRP、NTpro BNP水平改善及治疗总有效率均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗永久性房颤的效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of valsartan combine with atorvastatin in treatment of permanent atrial ifbrillation.Methods Selected 86 patients with permanent atrial ifbrillation were divided into two groups, the control group used the conventional treatment, the observation group with valsartan with atorvastatin therapy.Results The observation group of patients after treatment the hs-CRP, NT-proBNP level to improve treatment of total effective rate were better than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Valsartan combine therapy with atorvastatin permanent atrial ifbrillation effect is remarkable.
