依折麦布联合氟伐他汀对冠心病患者的降脂效果观察

Observation Lipid-lowering Effect of Ezetimibe Combine With Fluvastatin in Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨依折麦布联合氟伐他汀对冠心病患者降脂的临床效果。方法将72例冠心病患者分为两组,对照组给予氟伐他汀治疗,观察组给予依折麦布联合氟伐他汀治疗,观察两组疗效。结果两组患者血脂水平临床指标相较治疗前均有所下降,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,同时观察组患者下降程度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论依折麦布联合氟伐他汀在冠心病患者降脂治疗中的应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the lipid-lowering effect of ezetimibe combine with lfuvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Selected 72 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups, the control group given lfuvastatin statin therapy, the observation group was given according to fold the ezetimibe with fluorine cut statin therapy, observed the curative effect of the two groups.ResultsTwo groups of patients with blood lipid levels in clinical indicators intersection before treatment were decreased,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, and at the same time observation group of patients decline was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion According to fold the ezetimibe combine fluvastatin statins lipid-lowering therapy in patients with coronary heart disease is remarkable.
