复方甲硝唑栓剂与替勃龙片联合治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效观察

Observation Curative Effect of Compound Metronidazole Suppositories Combine With Tibolone Tablets in Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的：观察复方甲硝唑栓剂与替勃龙片联合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月我院收治的老年阴道炎患者68例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予复方甲硝唑栓剂联合替勃龙片治疗，对照组给予复方甲硝唑栓剂治疗。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组，阴道健康状况评分、阴道炎症状评分优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论复方甲硝唑栓剂与替勃龙片联合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound metronidazole suppository with tibolone tablets combined treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods Selected 68 elderly vaginitis from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group were joint compound metronidazole suppository tablets tibolone treatment, the control group was given compound metronidazole suppository treatment.Results After treatment, the observation group was higher than efifciency, vaginal health evaluation, vaginitis symptom scores was better than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Compound metronidazole suppository and clinical efficacy of combination therapy tibolone tablets senile vaginitis signiifcant.
