噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张症的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Tiotropium Bromide Inhalation Powder in Treatment of Bronchiectasis

目的探讨噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管扩张症的临床疗效。方法随机将我院收治的66例支气管扩张症患者分为两组,每组33例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行噻托溴铵治疗。比较两组FVC、FEV 1%、FEV 1/FVC等指标。结果治疗后观察组IC、FEV1、FVC、FEV 1%、FEV 1/FVC等指标优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论噻托溴铵可改善支气管扩张症患者临床症状,降低发作次数。

Objective To explore the effect of tiotropium bromide inhalation powder in treating bronchiectasis.MethodsSelected 66 cases of patients with bronchiectasis into two groups randomly, 33 cases in each group. The control group used conventional treatment, on the basis of the control group, the observation group used thiamethoxam bromide treatment. Compare FVC, FEV 1%, FEV 1 / FVC % and other indexes of two groups. Results After treatment, the IC, FEV 1 %, FVC, FEV1, FEV 1 / FVC % and other indexes of observation group were better than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion The tiotropium bromide can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchiectasis, reduce the number of attacks.
