茵陈蒿汤加减治疗黄疸型肝炎的临床价值分析

Analysis the Clinical Value of Yinchenhao Decoction in Treatment of Cholestatic Hepatitis

目的探究黄疸型肝炎采用茵陈嵩汤加减治疗的临床疗效。方法选取48例黄疸型肝炎患者,随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各24例,对照组采用茵栀黄注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上采用茵陈嵩汤加减治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,肝功能改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论黄疸型肝炎采用茵陈嵩汤加减治疗,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore clinical effect of icteric hepatitis with yinchen decoction in the treatment of the song.Methods Selected 48 cases of patients with jaundice hepatitis, the random number method was divided into 24 cases in the control group and the observation group, the control group was treated with yinzhihuang injection treatment, the observation group on this basis was treated by yinchen decoction in the treatment of song.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. the improvement of liver function was better than that in control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Icteric hepatitis use yinchen decoction in the treatment of song, clinical curative effect was signiifcant.
